Job Description: Select RM
As a Select Relationship Manager, your role revolves around acquiring and managing high net worth individuals (HNI) and ultra-high net worth individuals (UHNI) as clients. You will be responsible for expanding the liability book and growing the investment assets under management (AUM) portfolio.
- Client Acquisition and Management:
- Identify and acquire new HNI and UHNI clients through various channels such as referrals, networking, and outreach programs.
- Develop and nurture relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide suitable investment solutions.
- Increasing Investment AUM:
- Work towards increasing the size of the investment AUM portfolio by offering tailored investment products and services to clients.
- Compliance Adherence:
- Ensure strict adherence to compliance processes and guidelines to maintain regulatory standards and client confidentiality.
- Financial Advisory:
- Provide expert advice to clients on financial products and services to optimize their investments and meet their financial goals.
- Cross-Selling:
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling various banking and financial products (e.g., family accounts, home loans, personal loans, ULIPs, mutual funds, credit cards, forex) to existing clients.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular interactions and periodic visits.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Lead Management:
- Manage and track leads effectively, maintaining a detailed Daily Sales Report (DSR) to monitor progress and follow-ups.
- Customer Profiling:
- Conduct detailed profiling of customers to understand their financial requirements and recommend suitable products accordingly.
- Service Excellence:
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional service levels to high net worth customers, meeting their expectations and needs effectively.
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop comprehensive outbound and inbound sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand the client base within the portfolio.
