Job Description: Product Manager (for Real Estate)
Position Overview
The Product Manager will be responsible for managing Pan India leads for a real estate referral product, ensuring end-to-end deal closures, and developing long-term plans to grow real estate leads and closures. This role includes enhancing team experiences, on boarding new developers/consultants, monitoring performance against targets, and providing monthly reviews and insights on tie-ups and team participation.
Pan India Lead Management
- Oversee and manage leads and queries from the Pan India team.
- Ensure smooth closure of leads by providing necessary support and guidance.
End-to-End Closure of Deals
- Facilitate the entire deal closure process.
- Understand client requirements and match them with available inventory from developers.
- Assist the developer’s Single Point of Contact (SPOC) in field closure activities until project handover to the client.
Tie-up with Developers/Coordinate with Developers
- Establish and maintain relationships with top developers for Pan India projects.
- Connect with top developers and ensure they are empaneled for Pan India projects.
- Foster strong partnerships to facilitate smooth project executions.
Tracking New Launches and Project Status of Pan India Projects
- Keep updated with the latest developments in the real estate sector.
- Monitor updates in each region, including new and pre-launch projects.
- Provide timely and accurate information on project statuses and upcoming launches.
Team Training
- Educate and train the team on current and high-demand projects.
- Inform the team about project details.
- Schedule and organize regular site visits for team members.
Follow-Up for Invoice from Consultants & Developers
- Manage financial follow-ups post deal closures.
- Follow up for commission invoices and payments from vendors and developers after deals are closed.
