The ideal candidate will have expertise in MicroStrategy (MSTR) as the primary skill, with basic knowledge of Tableau. A certification in either tool is mandatory. You will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing data analytics platforms, developing dashboards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate BI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support BI platforms, including cloud versions.
• Evaluate and improve existing BI systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate new systems and optimize existing ones.
• Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses.
• Create visualizations and reports for diverse projects using tools like MSTR and Tableau.
• Generate Tableau dashboard reports and other business intelligence visualizations.
• Conduct unit tests and troubleshoot issues with database queries.
• Perform data analysis, validation, and mapping design.
• Document technical processes and create detailed reports for stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong expertise in MicroStrategy (MSTR) and basic knowledge of Tableau.
• Proficiency in SQL and data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and MicroStrategy.
• Experience with Java Spark is highly desirable.
• Advanced competency in Excel, including macros and pivot tables.
• Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum methodology and familiarity with the SDLC lifecycle.
• Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
