Tech Mahindra is looking for skilled trainers to develop and implement customized training programs on AWS, Azure cloud architecture, DevOps, and SRE practices. Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver interactive, engaging training sessions on cloud services (AWS and Azure), DevOps, and SRE practices.
- Develop training materials to cover cloud architecture, tools, and applications for employees at various skill levels.
- Provide hands-on support and guidance to employees working on cloud and DevOps projects, ensuring the practical application of skills.
- Work closely with subject matter experts to stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and best practices.
- Continuously improve training content and delivery methods based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Offer career development advice and mentorship to employees pursuing careers in cloud architecture, DevOps, and SRE.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs and keep training content relevant to industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Maintain and track employee certifications and proficiency levels in the cloud and DevOps domains.
Qualifications:
- Educational:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience & Expertise:
- Deep understanding of AWS and Azure cloud architectures and services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, Azure Functions).
- Strong expertise in designing scalable, reliable, and cost-effective cloud solutions.
- Proficiency in DevOps tools like Jenkins, Git, GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, and Azure Resource Manager (ARM).
- Expertise in containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, AKS, EKS).
- Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor.
- Strong programming skills in languages like Python, Java, or Go; proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, PowerShell).
- Familiarity with cloud security best practices, including identity and access management, network security, and data protection.
- Knowledge of compliance standards and frameworks.
