- Financial Planning & Analysis:
○ Drive financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and
variance analysis, specific to the agri-input division.
○ Analyze financial performance, identifying trends, and recommend actionable
insights to enhance profitability and efficiency. - Cost Control & Optimization:
○ Develop and implement cost control strategies to optimize the supply chain and
procurement costs within the agri-input vertical.
○ Monitor and analyze key cost drivers, and recommend strategies to improve
margin and cost efficiency. - Business Partnering:
○ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, supply chain,sales, and operations, to align financial goals with business objectives.
○ Provide financial guidance and insights to support decision-making and strategicinitiatives. - Revenue & Margin Management:
○ Monitor and enhance revenue performance across product lines within the
agri-inputs sector, focusing on pricing, discounts, and profitability analysis.
○ Lead initiatives to improve gross margins and optimize pricing models based on
market trends and competitor analysis. - Financial Reporting & Compliance:
○ Prepare and deliver financial reports to senior management, ensuring accuracy,
completeness, and adherence to internal and external financial standards.
○ Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, maintaining
internal controls and financial governance. - Risk Management:
○ Identify and assess financial risks within the agri-inputs function, developing
mitigation strategies in alignment with corporate policies.
○ Conduct regular audits and reviews to minimize financial exposure and enhance
control mechanisms. - Project Management:
○ Lead finance-driven projects within the agri-inputs division, including
cost-reduction initiatives, system implementation, and process improvements.
● Skills:
○ Strong financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting skills.
○ Excellent knowledge of financial tools and software.
○ Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.
○ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
