Lead Conversion:
- Convert customer leads from various sources into sales for BHS.
- Educate customers on BHS services, materials, and products.
Customer Handling:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and create an initial Bill of Quantities (BoQ).
- Collaborate with the BHS Design team to prepare and share site designs with customers.
- Finalize and identify the appropriate General Contractor (GC) for the site.
- Address customer queries and resolve issues until site handover to CES – Site Execution.
Collection:
- Responsible for collecting sales payments (site booking amounts) from customers.
