Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute equity trades on behalf of clients while ensuring timely and accurate order execution.
- Monitor market trends and provide relevant information and updates to clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their investment needs and providing suitable advice.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies during trade execution.
- Analyze market conditions and identify trading opportunities for clients.
- Prepare and maintain daily trading reports and transaction records.
- Coordinate with the research and advisory teams to deliver the best trading strategies to clients.
- Manage client portfolios with an emphasis on risk management and achieving client investment objectives.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in equity dealing or a similar role in the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of equity markets, trading platforms, and financial products.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen interest in market trends.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with trading software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications:
- NISM Series VIII – Equity Derivatives Certification (mandatory).
- Any other relevant certifications would be an advantage.
