Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Power BI Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Power BI Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Power BI solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable insights using Power BI.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement Power BI solutions that align with business objectives and requirements.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
3. Develop data models, reports, and dashboards using Power BI to provide insights into business performance.
4. Optimize Power BI solutions for performance, scalability, and usability.
5. Provide guidance and support to development teams on best practices for Power BI development.
6. Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Power BI technology and recommend new tools and techniques to improve our solutions.
7. Conduct training sessions and workshops for users to enhance their proficiency in using Power BI.
8. Work closely with data engineers and data scientists to integrate Power BI solutions with existing data infrastructure and analytics platforms.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Power BI solutions.
10. Maintain documentation for Power BI solutions, including data models, reports, and dashboards.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Minimum of 12 years of overall IT experience.
3. At least 7 years of relevant experience in Power BI development and architecture.
4. Strong proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power Query, DAX, and M query language.
5. Experience in designing and implementing complex data models and ETL processes.
6. Knowledge of data visualization best practices and principles.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
8. Proven track record of successfully delivering Power BI solutions that meet business requirements.
9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
10. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or Microsoft Certified: Power BI Certification is a plus.
