SAP FSCM Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP FSCM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 12 years of experience in SAP Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) with a strong background in finance, accounting, and business process optimization. The role demands expertise in end-to-end FSCM modules, process modeling, and SAP FICO integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support SAP FSCM modules, including Credit Management, Collection Management, Dispute Management, Cash & Liquidity Management, and Bank Communication Management.
• Work closely with finance teams to analyze and optimize financial supply chain processes.
• Configure and customize SAP FSCM to align with business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between FSCM and SAP FICO (GL, AR, AP, AA, BA, CEA, CCA, PCA, IO, TR).
• Utilize SAP Process Modeling Suite (Signavio, ARIS, Visio) to document, analyze, and improve business processes.
• Provide expert guidance on credit risk assessment, cash flow optimization, and financial decision-making.
• Support SAP S/4HANA migration projects and ensure best practices in implementation.
• Develop reports and dashboards using SAP tools for performance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external financial regulations.

Mandatory Skills & Expertise:

• SAP FSCM: Credit, Collection, Dispute, Cash & Liquidity, Bank Communication Management.
• SAP FICO: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting (BA), Cost Element Accounting (CEA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders (IO), Treasury (TR).
• Process Modeling Tools: SAP Signavio, ARIS, Visio.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA experience and ability to manage system migrations.
• Expertise in business process automation, workflow, and integration techniques.
• Experience in customizing SAP workflows, BAPI, IDOCs, BRF+.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) for extending FSCM capabilities.
• Hands-on knowledge of Fiori apps for FSCM.
• Exposure to SAP BW and SAP Analytics Cloud for reporting and analytics.
• Understanding of banking interfaces, payment processing, and treasury functions.
