CRM Integration (Native, Custom) – SF/Dynamics/SAP
Experience working with APIs, Webhooks, Custom Object, Custom Activities , Bulk
export/import
Custom integration with CDP/Datawarehouse, SFTP, Knowledge on utilizing
middlewares for custom implementations
Strong knowledge on Forms (Custom implementation on external sites, Custom
validations etc.,)
Ability to review customer requirement and draft solution and architecture.

Description
Work as a Marketo and Marketing Automation technical subject matter expert, having
had
the breadth and depth of experience to provide solutions to complex business problems
based upon real-world experiences.
Create marketing automation implementation plans to include sales and marketing
alignment, lead-to-revenue strategies, database requirements, automation configuration,
and functional mapping of integrations.
Experience in setting up the integrations between Marketo and CRM systems
(Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Custom CRM ) and CDP integrations.
Knowledge in programming and scripting languages and hosting environments(AWS,
Azure, etc.,)
Velocity/Email scripting knowledge for advanced email personalization.
Strong technical skills in Marketo including Marketo API and custom integrations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Fundamental knowledge of design patterns
Experience in communicating effectively with users, other technical teams &
management to collect requirements, and describe software product features, and
technical designs.
