Freelancer Payout Structure

We offer a clear and attractive payout structure based on the candidate’s Fixed CTC (Cost to Company) for each successful hire. The payment will be made once the candidate completes 90 days in the organization:

• Comprehensive Training: You will receive training on how to search profiles, speak with candidates, and engage with job seekers. We will help you develop strategies to build long-lasting relationships with candidates and create a strong referral network to enhance your recruitment efforts.
